Municipal Regulation on Administrative Procedure, approved by the Corporation in plenary session on May 14, 2009 states in Article 32 that the Interdepartmental Committee eGovernment is the technical body that will ensure compliance with the purposes and principles established in Law 11/2007 of 22 June, access addresses of citizens to public services.
The functions of this Committee are:
- Set criteria of coordination and harmonization between the computer and legal aspects-procedural application of the Law and these Regulations.
- Develop general guidelines, subject to approval by the competent body in relation to the items listed above.
- develop a unified plan of implementation of media and for the phased development of eGovernment in the City Móstoles and its Autonomous Bodies.
- monitoring and periodic evaluation of the implementation of eGovernment. Report
- projects incorporating processes and procedures referred to the Sixth Additional Provision.
The other members of this committee are the Secretary General of the City, the Head of Legal, General Coordinator of Finance, the Technical Director of New Technologies, City Manager of Planning and Director of Modernization and Quality.
