Objective 5 of the Strategic Plan for the Modernization and Quality is to establish communication actions and involvement.
This is to take measures involving both public employees the commitment to cooperate actively in administrative modernization projects and quality, as citizens, knowledge, participation and use of services and improvement
These communication and involvement will affect all activities related to the projects of modernization and quality, and are therefore essential to disseminate and explain the steps taken to so that both civil servants and citizens can take advantage and reap the benefits of its implementation.
To achieve this objective structured two strategic lines of action:
- Internal Communication External Communication
External communication divided by presentations to media interviews, wheels and / or press releases. Also presented the plan to the District Councils, representing the citizens through various neighborhood associations.
