On 29 June 2010 the Local Government Board approved the Administrative Procedures catalog Móstoles City Council, prepared by the Secretariat General . This document includes a list of "types of procedures" are dealt with in the Local Government (Municipality and Autonomous Bodies), indicating the effects and resolution deadlines and reporting. Its composition is regulated in detail in Municipal Administrative Procedure Rules adopted by agreement plenary of 14 May 2009 (BOCM of 04/08/2009). The catalog procedures will raise awareness for both city employees and citizens, the maximum resolution of each case and the effects of administrative silence. Also facilitate the management of files categorized and ordered each of them.
As provided in the Municipal Administrative Procedure Rules, and once approved the catalog, has begun to prepare the Description of Procedures Manual which will be a guide to the documentation and requirements for conducting each procedure.
This represents a further step to facilitate the implementation of eGovernment in the city of Móstoles.
