Móstoles City Council is developing the implementation of e-Government as a result of the stated objectives in Strategic Plan for the Modernization and Quality and in compliance with Law 11/2007 of 22 June, citizens' electronic access to public services.
The necessary generalization the information society is subsidiary to a large extent on the confidence generated in relation to citizens through electronic means. For this reason establishing National Security Scheme, aimed at establishing the principles and requirements of a security policy on the use of electronic means that permits the adequate protection of information.
the initiative of the Department of New Technologies, the Personnel Department, in collaboration with the Directorate of Modernization and Quality of Móstoles has organized a training sessions on the National Security Scheme aimed at managers and users of electronic information. These training activities aim to raise awareness on the one hand the requirements of the National Insurance Scheme and the role of management in this area and on the other hand, users to disclose the specifications of the National Scheme of confidence and security of information about their obligations and responsibilities.
This training, along with the creation of the Electronic Office, the Registry telematics Citizen Folder and the imminent possibility of the creation of online transactions are activities scheduled within a wider project whose objective is to implement the eGovernment in the city of Móstoles.
