The Windows taskbar 7 moves to be fixed

Today I have become a little touched with a small bug in the Windows 7 interface. The fault lies in an anomalous behavior of the taskbar, if set as "fixed" and perform a context action. Now let's explain it because it does not know anyone: P

The taskbar if not fixed can be moved to either side of the screen (default is at the bottom). If we set at the bottom, much as we try to "drag" on the top, not leave. Well, this is what is intended and is the correct behavior. But it has one flaw:

  1. Set your taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Fix the bar. Do
  3. right click on the icon of any application of the taskbar.
  4. With the menu open (it opens the previous step) trying to drag the bar at the top.

Obviously this is not the expected behavior, but I found it curious. Apparently I'm the first to realize .
