GENERAL INFORMATION:::

MOVE is an art project that combines each of his productions performing contemporary dance with the symbolic and poetic of the traditional Venezuelan urban and Caracas daily. The company is founded and run by Reinaldo Mijares R. School of Sociology-UCV in June 1997, moving is a group attached to the FACES of the Central University of Venezuela.

The proposed scenic Mijares, tackles from a contemporary lens to reprint of the multicultural heritage that characterizes the Venezuelan society by leading to scenic work tables a view of urban Caracas daily, leaving aside the criticism and reflection of this. Stage proposals are parallel with the traditional gravity as the axis-popular Venezuelan supported on various elements of our ethnicity. Moving

bases its scenic and artistic discourse in documentary research and experiential realities and our country. We believe in art and in particular in a contemporary dance aesthetic is evident in our daily life.
