Móstoles (I): evaluation of public services

One of the projects Strategic Plan Administrative Modernization and Quality of public services is called "Móstoles Comment. " This project includes two aspects

• rating of public services by citizens through surveys the public opinion in order to understand their perception and assessment of the operation of any service municipaly / or on matters of importance, or quality surveys to personasusuarias of municipal services.
• Citizen Participation and , through the creation of a system or method of permanent collection of the views, needs, demands and / or expectations of the citizens of Móstoles.

Pues bien, en el ámbito de la elaboración del Plan Estratégico de Móstoles , se ha realizado una Encuesta de Percepción Ciudadana , que ha servido para conocer la opinión de los ciudadanos de Móstoles sobre su ciudad y calidad de vida, así como también para valorar los servicios municipales. Según esta encuesta se concluye, entre otras cuestiones, que, al menos un 67% de los ciudadanos encuentran satisfactorias y adecuadas las actuaciones emprendidas y desarrolladas por la Administración municipal en el área municipal utilities.
