The Department of Human Resources and Personnel Department aware of the need for modernization and continuous improvement in technical and personnel management practices , took the initiative to develop, in collaboration with the Directorate of Modernization and Quality, the Strategic Plan Human Resources, which was approved by the Local Government Board.
This plan starts with a process of strategic thinking which makes the Mission , Vision and Values \u200b\u200b of the Department / Human Resources Department City Hall Móstoles.
